2. Purpose of this page

This legal notice fulfils transparency duties towards visitors and prospective clients. It is not individual legal advice. Contractual rights follow your written quote once accepted and our terms and conditions. If this page conflicts with those documents, the quote prevails, then the terms.

Dutch pages on miekpixel.digital are authoritative; English pages are provided for convenience.

3. Hosting and technical services

The static website and assets are hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands. See transip.nl for the provider.

Our contact form uses FormSubmit (FormSubmit LLC, US-based). When you submit it, your name, email, phone, chosen service, preferred date and message are transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to our inbox. That transfer is described in our privacy policy (transfers outside the EEA and safeguards). You can always reach us directly at [email protected] or 020 261 4783 without the form.

Text, layout, logos, photos and other content on miekpixel.digital are protected by copyright and related rights of Miekpixel B.V. or its licensors. Illustrative images may be created with generative tools; see our disclaimer.

You may view pages and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping or republishing without written permission is not allowed except where the law permits brief quotations.

5. Prices, hours and access

Guide prices for recording, mixing, mastering and voice-over appear on service pages such as vocals, live band, mixing, mastering and voice-over. Binding amounts are always on your quote, including 21% VAT unless stated otherwise for business clients.

General hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00, closed Sunday.. Wibautstraat 224 is in Amsterdam Oost. Metro stations Wibautstraat (M52/M53) and Amstel are within walking distance. Trams 1 and 7 run along Wibautstraat; get off at Wibautstraat stop. Bike racks are in front of the entrance; on-street car parking is limited. For sessions outside these times, ask in advance via contact.

6. Supervision, complaints and disputes

For privacy complaints contact Miekpixel B.V. at [email protected]; you may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not automatically join a sector dispute board but aim to answer written complaints within 2 business days where feasible.
