Binding scope, price, deliverables and deadlines appear only on your quote and in our terms and conditions. When in doubt, contact us before you sign.

2. Prices, availability and specifications

Guide rates on service pages (e.g. €190 per mixed track or €82 mastering) may change when costs shift. We update the site but are not bound by outdated screenshots or cached pages.

Figures such as 32 mic inputs, a 38 m² live room or 22 m² control room reflect the setup on 14 October 2026; maintenance may alter minor details without changing core capability.

Links to third-party sites (platforms, legislation, maps) are provided for convenience. Miekpixel B.V. does not continuously review those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy or uptime. Following external links is at your own risk.

4. Imagery and trademarks

Photos may be documentary shots from the studio or AI-generated illustrations to show mood without revealing identifiable clients. They are not a contractual promise about people, décor or exact gear at your session.

References to software, streaming services, instrument brands or social platforms are descriptive; trademarks remain with their owners. Miekpixel is not affiliated with those brands unless we state otherwise.

5. No guarantee of results

Recording, mix and master outcomes depend on performance, arrangement, source material and release strategy. We commit to professional effort per the quote, not playlist placement, radio airplay or identical loudness on every platform. We align targets and export formats as on mastering and in your quote.

6. Liability for website use

For damage from using or being unable to use this website — e.g. outages at TransIP B.V. or errors in free text — our liability is capped at what you paid us for studio services in the twelve months before the event, up to €1,200, except for intent, wilful recklessness or where mandatory law requires more.
